Order Returns

If when you receive your purchase you are not entirely satisfied, you may return the item(s) to garbonline.co.uk within seven days for a refund or exchange (excluding original delivery charge).

Please note when returning items they must be in their original condition with tags still attached. Any garments with make up, deodorant marks, or any kind of odour will not be accepted.

Please be aware that the cost of returning any purchase is you responsibility.

When returning items they remain your responsibility until received at garbonline.co.uk. Therefore we recommend that all goods have adequate postage insurance to cover item value.

Please be aware that when returning items for exchange a second delivery charge will apply.

Items can be returned to Garb Store within 7 days of receiving.

When returning any purchases please complete the return form included.

Faulty/Damaged Products

If your product appears to be faulty you must notify us within 28 days of receipt of the goods by email to:enquiries@garbonline.co.uk. Please return the product immediately enclosing a completed returns form stating the fault and whether you require a refund or exchange. Once the item has been inspected and a fault confirmed then a refund or exchange will be authorized.

Product Availability

At garbonline.co.uk we will endeavour to complete your order satisfactorily. However if for any reason we are not able to complete your order i.e. your items are out of stock or unavailable we will inform you immediately.
